Kfir – Founder & Managing Director Kfir comes from a strong background in management within Israel’s hospitality industry and brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in high-quality, personalized tourism. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individual travelers, groups and professional partners, always with a focus on precision, service excellence and creating meaningful travel experiences. Outside of work, Kfir is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys hiking along the Israel National Trail, cycling along the Yarkon River and the Tel Aviv promenade, and regularly runs medium-distance routes to stay active and connected to the landscape. More than anything, Kfir’s true passion is meeting guests personally upon their arrival at the airport — welcoming them to Israel from the very first moment and ensuring their journey begins in a relaxed, personal and well-organized way.

Hagit has been part of Ahalan Olympus for over 20 years and brings more than 30 years of experience in tourism. Based in Eilat, she is known for her positive spirit, love of good food and hospitality, and her ability to keep daily operations running smoothly — always with a smile.

Eliav – Senior Travel & Hospitality Specialist Eliav has been part of Ahalan Olympus for nearly 20 years, bringing with him a rich international background and extensive experience in hospitality and guest services. Born in Peru, based in Miami, and educated in Austria, Eliav combines global perspective with hands-on expertise from the worlds of hotels and tourism. His multicultural experience allows him to connect easily with travelers from diverse backgrounds and understand their expectations. Eliav is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German, making him a valuable point of contact for international clients and partners. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and training — but above all, he genuinely loves what he does, a passion that is reflected in the care and dedication he brings to every journey he helps create.

Liz – Senior Operations Manager Liz is a key pillar of the Ahalan Olympus team, based in Eilat, with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. She specializes in the operation and coordination of complex itineraries, with particular expertise in Egypt and Jordan — destinations that require precise logistics, deep regional knowledge, and constant attention to detail. Liz is known for her exceptional operational skills, her ability to manage challenging multi-country programs, and her calm, solution-oriented approach even under pressure. Just as importantly, she brings a warm personality, great sense of humor, and a genuinely service-driven mindset to everything she does — making her a favorite among partners, suppliers, and clients alike.
