Kfir – Founder & Managing Director Kfir comes from a strong background in management within Israel’s hospitality industry and brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in high-quality, personalized tourism. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individual travelers, groups and professional partners, always with a focus on precision, service excellence and creating meaningful travel experiences. Outside of work, Kfir is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys hiking along the Israel National Trail, cycling along the Yarkon River and the Tel Aviv promenade, and regularly runs medium-distance routes to stay active and connected to the landscape. More than anything, Kfir’s true passion is meeting guests personally upon their arrival at the airport — welcoming them to Israel from the very first moment and ensuring their journey begins in a relaxed, personal and well-organized way.

Born in Peru, based in Miami, and educated in Austria, Eliav combines global perspective with hands-on expertise from the worlds of hotels and tourism. His multicultural experience allows him to connect easily with travelers from diverse backgrounds and understand their expectations. Eliav is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German, making him a valuable point of contact for international clients and partners. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and training — but above all, he genuinely loves what he does, a passion that is reflected in the care and dedication he brings to every journey he helps create.
